Just got back from the Cardinal Flyers Organization Winter Haven, Florida Fly-In. My bird took the award for best Cardinal. Everyone remarked on the terrific interior.
It was only over a course of our 40 minute return flight from Batavia, ensconced in a dazzling new Air Mod interior, that we could begin to fully appreciate the measure of your work. While in cruise, our idle eyes could explore the level of detail you put into every piece of trim, hardware fastener, and stitch. The resulting comfort, noise reduction, visual clarity and of course appearance is absolutely stunning. This is truly better-than-new aircraft restoration.
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased I am with the overall refurbishment effort on my plane. While the interior turned out to be everything I hoped for the additional efforts you guys went through with the paint design, color selection and ferrying the plane around made it all possible. Everyone who has seen the plane has been amazed at what was accomplished and always ask who did it.
I would like to thank you and your professional employees for an outstanding job on my 1975 Bonanza A36 interior. It far exceeded our expectations. Anyone who thoroughly inspects it has agreed it is far better than an original factory interior. I was impressed with your extensive knowledge of Beechcraft Bonanzas. Especially when you were checking riveting patterns on the exterior of the airplane to know if I had the factory mounted brackets for the shoulder harness inertia reels, of which I did. The ergonomic design of the seats is extremely comfortable. The quality of the stitching and the design of the pattern for the sidewalls are pleasing to the eye. The headliner looks great without the sags. You have a great team of workers who evidently take pride in their work, and it shows! Again thank you for the super job. It was a pleasure working with you.
I very much appreciate the work Air Mod and your excellent team did on my 1980 Cessna 182Q. The interior was so much more pleasing and comfortable than the original mustard yellow and brown design. The quality and attention to detail was superb, along with the modernization changes that were included. Also, your assistance in designing the exterior paint scheme was very compatible with the colors and design of the new interior. Thank you to you and your staff!
It was a pleasure working with the entire Air Mod team. I am very happy with the amazing quality of the work at Air Mod. It was also a pleasure getting to know your team, especially you! The plane flew fine and was a pleasure to travel in (although the pilot was a bit rusty!).
I again wanted to tell you both what a fine job you did and a staff second to none. I do know that my plane was not simple and that it took all of Dennis’ knowledge to get it done and what a job. A ship is only as good as its captain but it is the crew that get you to the destination. Well Captain Dennis you are for sure the leader in aircraft interior design and custom orders. Please feel free to give my name out as a recommendation and again my best to the team... great job well done.
Wolter is a bulldog when it comes to finding airframe worthiness issues. Consequently, when Air Mod pushes a customer airplane out the door, the customer can rest assured that it is airworthy with a capital A.
